He gave a soft laugh at the idea, bringing his hand up to her cheek. In practice, it probably would have been pretty annoying, that happening, but right then, it seemed like a nice idea. He wouldn't have minded just spending a while right there with her, just them and no one else in the world. Sooner or later, he would have to move, check in on Marissa, give Summer a relief from what had to be difficult for her, but he was in no mind even to think of it then.
